Research Interest
Regulation of Metabolism and Lifestyle changes

Recently studied the effect of a particular lifestyle (monastic lifestyle of Buddhist monks) on the leptin and thyroid responses to meal and physical activity, and regulation of food intake under stress. Currently working on metabolic regulators of adipose tissue origin in relation to circadian and timing of daily habitual activities.

Environmental pollution on human physiology

Studied the effect of work-place air pollutants on respiratory function
